Coventry City season ticket holders will be taking delivery of their 2008/09 season tickets this week.

If you are a renewing season ticket holder, your combined season ticket / cashless payment card is already pre-loaded with £7 credit courtesy of Coventry City to buy your favourite refreshments and food from the kiosks.

We recommend, however, that you top up your card with your usual credit card via the Internet by registering at www.cashless-payment.co.uk.

For our new season ticket holders adding credit to your card couldn't be easier. When you enter the ground you can 'top up' your card with 'cashless payment' staff members (dressed in lime green) by using cash (minimum £5), or once again visit www.cashless-payment.co.uk and registering there. Registering at this website will be available from Wednesday August 6th 2008.

If you are buying tickets, or have already purchased tickets on a match by match basis for the Norwich and Aldershot games you will receive a complimentary food and beverage card, which can be either:

Or

?Collected from a cashless payment staff member (dressed in lime green)

2. Once you have topped up your card, head to your usual kiosk to buy your drinks and snacks. Payment will be taken from your card once you scan your card on a reader which will display the total cost and the remaining balance on your cashless card. 3. We recommend keeping your balance safety on the card to use it for the whole season.

If you want to get your topped-up cash refunded, go to the identified cashless payment terminals after half-time.

We would recommend that you top up your card with the usual amount that you spend to prevent having to keep topping up. Remember you can always refund the balance after half-time or use the credit at other games for your comfort.
