Duffy: I didn't hesitate to come back
Richard Duffy says he is enjoying his fourth loan spell with Coventry City after re-signing for the Club until the end of the season a fortnight ago.
Speaking exclusively to Sky Blues World, Duffy says he is itching to be involved with the first 11, although he fully appreciates that he has to wait for his opportunity.
"Since I was here before, there have been two managers but that doesn't affect me at all and I am looking forward to it," said the Welsh international right-back.
"I hope to bring what I am good at. I have come here to play some games and hopefully I can do that and help keep the team stay up.
"Reserve football isn't really good for anyone, everyone wants to be playing in the first team and that's why I have come here.
"I didn't even have to think about whether I wanted to come back or not. I know Chris from a while back so I am looking forward to working with him so we'll see what happens.
"Since I have been here, I have seen the quality of the squad and our league position has surprised me. But the table doesn't lie and now we're in this position, we need to get ourselves out of it."
After sitting on the bench for two games, Duffy admits that he is desperate to be involved in first-team affairs.
"I want to play but the lads have been terrific since I have been here. I have no complaints about not playing at the moment. Whoever plays has got to do their best and try and get three points."
